How we work

Find the thing costing you most. Fix that.

Same process every time, whatever the business. Work out what is actually limiting growth, fix that one thing, then run it and show you what moved.

01

Find it

A free 15-minute fit call, and a $199 assessment if you want the numbers.

The free call is short on purpose. You tell us where the revenue comes from and where it gets stuck, and we tell you whether it is the kind of problem we have fixed before. Fifteen minutes is enough to answer that, and it is a conversation with someone who has run a P&L rather than a discovery questionnaire.

Putting a dollar figure on it is a different job. Business Value Discovery is $199 across two sessions, and you get the number, the few things worth doing first, and a written plan. If we cannot find at least $2,000, you get the $199 back and keep the plan. We are not looking for a list of ten problems either way, because the one costing you the most is the only one worth starting on.

You leave the fit call knowing whether there is something here. You leave Discovery knowing what it is worth.

02

Fix it

We build it on the tools you already use.

No platform to learn, no migration, nobody on your team picking up a second job. We work inside the CRM, inbox, calendar, and site you already have. You approve the work and we do it.

Live in days or weeks. If someone quotes you a quarter, they are building the wrong thing.

Sometimes the fix is not ours to sell. If it is a price, a handoff, or a process, we say so and you go do it.

03

Run it

We operate it and report on what actually moved.

Software nobody is watching stops working inside a month. We keep it running, keep it improving, and tell you what it did.

The number we report is a business number: customers found, customers captured, revenue kept. Not how many tasks an agent completed, which flatters us and tells you nothing.

Once the first thing is earning, we go find the next one.

What we build with

Nearly all of it runs on AI agents.

Agents are how the work gets done, whatever step one turns up. What changes between businesses is which ones, doing what, and in what order.

AI Agents

From $149/mo per agent

The platform we put into the way the business already runs.

The front desk, the follow-up, the scheduling, the reporting, the customers who went quiet and nobody chased. Start with one doing one job. Add more as they earn it, and they start working together: the one watching your inbox hands to the one that books the meeting, which hands to the one that preps you for it.

The AI Growth Team

From $999/mo

A team of agents we built and sell as a product, because growth is the job we get asked about most. One finds where buyers are asking, one writes, one publishes, one watches what it did, and they hand work to each other without anyone on your side coordinating it. If you want to see what a group of agents running together actually looks like, this is it.

And sometimes none of it.

A good share of what limits growth is a price that is too low, a handoff nobody owns, or an onboarding step where new customers quietly give up. None of that needs software. When that is what we find, we tell you, even though there is nothing for us to sell you that week. It costs us a deal, and it is the reason the read is worth anything.

Works well for

Owners and operators who want someone to work out where the money is going, build that, and keep it running. People who would rather hear the truth in one short call than be sold a roadmap over six weeks.

Works badly for

Anyone who has already decided what they want built and wants a pair of hands to build it. We are not the cheapest way to get that, and you will resent paying us to ask questions you have already answered.

Step one is free and takes fifteen minutes.
