GetLatest AI is a team of operators. We find where a business is losing money, fix it, and run it, on our own businesses first and then on yours.
Our approach
We start with the business.
The usual pitch is to buy better tools, train your people, and wait for the results. That pitch mostly benefits the people selling the tools.
Since 2018 we have worked the other way round, as consultants, CEOs, operators, and investors. Start with where the money is going. Decide how you will know the fix worked. Then pick the process, systems, and tools that fix it. AI is often one of those tools, and when nothing off the shelf fits, we build it.
Then we build it, make it work, and stick around to make it better.
