# GetLatest AI

> GetLatest AI helps businesses grow. That usually means getting the systems, processes, and tools right. AI is often part of the answer and rarely where we start. We start with what is limiting growth: not enough leads, deals that stall, customers who do not come back, a price that is too low, a handoff nobody owns.

We are operators, not advisors. Our co-founder has run the P&L, not just advised on one, and we run this on our own companies before we ever run it on a client's. We serve small businesses, mid-market companies, and startups, up to the Fortune 500.

## How we work

The process is the same every time, whatever the business.

1. **Find it.** A free 30-minute call. We work out the one thing costing the most right now, not a list of ten. You leave with a straight read and rough numbers whether or not you hire us.
2. **Fix it.** We build it on the tools you already use. No platform to learn, no migration. Live in days or weeks.
3. **Run it.** We operate it and report the business numbers it moved: customers found, customers captured, revenue kept.
